At about 20:11 on April 2, 2024, when Xu Moumou drove a small car to the Zhenghe Muye Road section of Yuehe West Road, he was seized by the police on duty on the spot for the traffic violation of driving a motor vehicle after drinking.
After on-site breath testing, Xu's blood alcohol content was 23mg/100ml.
