This is a rare disease, when the body ingests a large amount of carbohydrates, the bacteria in the intestines, especially Saccharomyces cerevisiae, ferment the carbohydrates to produce alcohol, which is absorbed by the small intestine, and there will be symptoms similar to drunkenness.
At first, it may be just vague language, confused thinking, and in the end, it will fall into a deep sleep. In severe cases, other symptoms can occur, such as stomach pain, abdominal pain, frequent illness, and frequent fainting.
Some patients get drunk by their own inexplicability three or four times a week when they don't know their symptoms.
