The competition set up three skill operations: single person assisting the patient to move in bed, nasogastric feeding nursing technology, and closed intravenous indwelling needle infusion technology. It will be carried out in two stages, the first stage: all contestants need to carry out the operation of single person to assist the patient's bed movement, and the second stage: the top 12 contestants who assist the patient to move on the bed will randomly select one of the remaining items for the examination. The scores of the top 12 contestants and the scores of the second stage of the operation are the total score of this competition.
During the competition, the contestants were engrossed, skillful in operation, and operated each step accurately and quickly with smooth techniques, showing a solid professional foundation and superb operation skills.
After intense competition, the outstanding contestants stood out, and finally selected 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 3 third prizes. The holding of this nursing skills competition not only shows the demeanor of the nursing staff of the hospital, but also provides a platform for the nursing staff of the hospital to learn from each other and communicate, and further improves the professional ability and comprehensive quality of the nursing staff.
