On the morning of April 24, after two consecutive days of 4 hours of intense operation, the 7th bid of the Hexin Railway of the Fourth Bureau of China Railway successfully completed the construction of the level II blockade railway girder of the upper Huainan line, and achieved all the task objectives within the time point of "skylight", marking another important node for the project to break through and enter the final sprint stage.
The total length of the 7 standard line of the Hefei-Xinyi Railway is 43.421km; Among them, the Zhangwa Bridge has a total length of 1.7km, including 25 holes for the construction of adjacent (spanning) existing business lines, of which the highest safety risk is the construction of the Huainan upward line girder on pier 20-21 of the Zhangwa Bridge. The daily train running density of the existing Huainan business line is 81 pairs, and the "skylight point" construction needs to be carried out in accordance with the II. level blockade, which has the characteristics of short effective construction time and high safety risk of the transportation frame beam.
In the face of the difficulty of Level II blockade, China Railway Fourth Bureau Hexin Railway 7 bid planned in advance, and fully prepared for plan approval, technical plan, construction points, equipment maintenance, safety prevention and control and other links. Actively strengthen communication and coordination with the railway bureau's train service, power supply, public works, safety supervision, station and other station departments to ensure that all cooperative units have the same goal and work together. Before the official construction of the II. blockade, the Hexin Railway Erection Girder Division of China Railway Fourth Bureau carried out simulated construction for many times, and investigated the problems in accordance with the various process links of the transportation frame construction, so as to ensure the seamless connection of the process and accurate time control to ensure the smooth completion of the construction of the Level II blockade and the transportation girder.
The realization of the task of blocking the girder of the second level of the Hexin railway across the business line has promoted the project to enter the final sprint stage and laid a solid foundation for the full completion of the task of transporting the girder.
