The green landscape renewal project mainly focuses on the main traffic arteries around the Chengdu High-tech Sports Center, covering more than 10 nodes such as the intersection of Jilong Road and Zizhou Avenue, the intersection of Jilong Road and Zhonghe Avenue, and the intersection of Kanghe East 1st Street and Lizhou Avenue. The lawns and shrubs along the line are mainly pruned, and about 2,300 square meters of surrounding green spaces such as support lines and important venues are replanted. About 500 trees have been pruned, about 60 tree pond covers have been replaced, and about 5,000 square meters of green space have been comprehensively sorted out and organized.
The updated flowers include more than 20 varieties of caryophyllus, rose petunia, begonia, melon leaf chrysanthemum, lupine, geranium, pansy, endless summer hydrangea and so on. At the same time, the scene of "flowers all the way and scenery all the way" also creates a friendly and warm atmosphere for the Chengdu 2024 Tangyou Cup.
In the vicinity of Chengdu High-tech Sports Center, such as the intersection of Jilong Road and Anhe, Zhonghe Fourth Street and Anhe Road, Lizhou Avenue and Jilong Road, Chengdu High-tech Zone cleaned up the original green space and updated the flower landscape by about 2,000 square meters.
In front of the logo of Chengdu High-tech Sports Center, the "sea of flowers" composed of flowers such as foxglove, a bunch of red, beautiful cherry, geranium, melon leaf chrysanthemum, lupine and margarita are colorful, and they are particularly dazzling in the afternoon sun. From time to time, passers-by squatted down and took out their mobile phones to take pictures of the flowers and plants on the roadside.
At the intersection of Jilong Road and Zizhou Avenue, cars from all directions can see flowers and green plants on the roadside, and citizens passing by can take photos here.
