Recently, the "Ten Thousand Lights" Charity Social Work Capacity Building Training Camp in Chuanshan District was held at the Dream Garden Training and Research Base of Tangjia Primary School. The backbone social workers from communities and social organizations in the district participated in the training to guide them to better play the role of serving the overall situation of the country, serving social concerns, serving the needs of the masses, and serving the development of the industry, so as to promote the active participation of multiple subjects in public welfare and charity, and provide support for promoting the high-quality development of charity in the new era of Chuanshan.
This training camp is guided by the promotion of regional progress and urban and rural common prosperity, and the training is carried out in three aspects: project design, docking and practice, so as to further strengthen the awareness of charity integration among the backbone social workers, and accelerate the improvement of their philanthropic resource exploration, organization training, and service innovation capabilities. During the training, according to the actual situation of unbalanced development of regional forces, relevant measures for pilot two-way docking and funding of public welfare and charity project activities were also introduced, so as to encourage more communities and social organizations to actively participate in Chuanshan charity and polish the brand of charity Chuanshan.
