In order to further implement the arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government on the post-disaster recovery and reconstruction of Jishishan County, according to the spirit of the "Gansu Provincial Department of Education Jishishan County 17 Township Primary and Secondary School Pairing Assistance Work Plan", combined with the actual situation of Linxia Prefecture, the "Linxia Prefecture Education Bureau to Jishishan County 2 Township Primary and Secondary School Pairing Assistance Work Plan" was studied and formulated, and in accordance with the requirements of the program deployment, 18 high-quality schools were selected from six counties and cities to provide assistance to Anji Town, Jishishan County, 18 schools in Guanjiachuan Township carried out pairing assistance work, of which 11 backbone teachers were selected to carry out long-term on-campus assistance work in 11 schools.
According to the requirements of the first phase of the work plan, from the end of March to the beginning of April, the counterpart schools combined with the actual needs of the schools to be helped, from the aspects of school management, teacher training, education quality, teaching and research pairing, student training, school conditions, etc., jointly formulated a work plan, signed a help agreement, and clarified the content, methods, objectives, responsibilities and time limits of the help work according to the needs of the help schools, so as to ensure that the help work achieves practical results. On April 17, the education bureaus of the six counties and cities in the state that undertook the task of pairing assistance sent teams to Jishishan County to carry out the docking work in pairing schools. The school brought school bags, books and other school supplies for the children, football, basketball and other sports goods, through the "hand in hand" help into the classroom, participate in student development education activities, promote the all-round development of students, carry out demonstration classes, open classes, heterogeneous classes and other teaching activities, hold teaching seminars, through lectures, evaluations and other forms, experience exchanges, give full play to the leading role of backbone teachers, at the same time, learn from each other, learn from each other, and jointly improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
