In order to further promote the construction of a safe campus and protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors, on April 22, Guan Hongbing, president of the comprehensive trial division of the Panzhou Municipal People's Court, and Wang Xiaoyao, vice president, went to Panzhou Danxia Middle School to carry out legal propaganda activities.
During the event, the two judges focused on relevant laws and regulations, combined with trial practice, cited typical cases involving young students, explained the legal consequences of campus bullying, and explained how students, teachers, and schools can prevent campus bullying and how to deal with campus bullying. During the activity, common questions related to students' life and learning were also selected to ask questions and interact, and detailed answers were given on how to protect and prevent themselves, which fully mobilized the enthusiasm of teachers and students to learn and use the law.
More than 900 teachers and students from Danxia Middle School participated in the lecture, and the teachers and students present said that through this activity, they have a further understanding of the legitimate rights and interests of minors and the legal responsibilities that minors should bear, enhance students' awareness of the rule of law, sow the seeds of law in the hearts of every student, and use judicial power to escort young people forward.
