1 Overall structure

2 Data acquisition structure
As shown in the figure:
Figure 1: represents the rotation of the gear, its rotation will drive the simultaneous rotation of two structures, respectively 1 rotation of the mechanical reading table number and 2 rotation of the magnetic induction structure.

Figure 3: represents the magnetic induction structure, its rotation will be obtained by the Hall sensor to obtain the number of revolutions, so as to get a specific count, and the count will be displayed on the screen.

Hall sensors
In the above figure, 2 and 3 are two Hall sensors, 1 in the figure represents a magnet, the rotation period of the magnet is obtained through the Hall sensor, and the pulse data is obtained, so as to obtain the count of the gas meter, and this count is the data obtained by the platform, that is, the reading of the mechanical meter!
As can be seen from the above structure, the reading of the mechanical watch is not able to move through the control of the control board, but can only drive the rotation of the gear through the air pressure generated by the air, so as to drive the rotation of the number of the table, and the data is transmitted to the control board through the sensor, and the control board transmits the data to the platform again. This process is irreversible.
Therefore, if you want to control the speed of the gas meter, you can only do it in other ways!
Some people say that the switch of the valve can be controlled remotely, but this can be controlled remotely, because the valve does not belong to the base meter and has nothing to do with counting!
Some people also say that the valves are closed, the watch is still turning, it should be the watch is broken, it is recommended to send it for repair!
Some people say that controlling the temperature of the gas can affect the measurement of the meter, which is certain, so there is a temperature error adjustment in the base meter, through which the calculation of the measurement is adjusted, so as to reduce the impact of temperature!
