Recruitment position and number of people
According to the needs of the work, the company openly recruits 31 mining service workers, including: 3 underground medium and deep hole mining trolley operators (mature workers), 3 underground excavation trolley operators (mature workers), 4 underground scraper operators (mature workers), 3 underground support trolley operators (mature workers), 8 underground mining workers (mature workers), 2 equipment maintenance workers (mature workers), 2 maintenance electricians (mature workers), 2 clamp welders (mature workers), 1 warehouse worker (mature workers), and measurement technicians1 (mature type) and 2 mechanical and electrical technicians (mature type). (3) Application
1. Registration is carried out by online registration. Applicants fill in the "Southwest Energy and Mining Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Applicant Registration Form" (see Annex 2), and send the scanned copies of ID cards, academic certificates, degree certificates, professional and technical qualification certificates, vocational qualification certificates, performance certification materials and other documents to the designated mailbox ([email protected]) in the form of compressed files. 2. (4) Qualification screening
Qualification screening will be carried out according to the requirements of open recruitment positions. To apply for the position of surveying technician (mature type), the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruits who meet the recruitment conditions must reach 3:1 or above.
(5) Written interview
1. Qualified personnel will participate in the written test and interview (time will be notified separately).
2. During the interview, applicants need to provide the original academic certificates, qualification certificates and performance information, and the qualifications have been reviewed.
3. The total score of the written test and interview of the applicant shall be calculated according to the 100-point system, which shall be calculated according to the written test score converted to 30% and the interview score shall account for 70%. The written test score, interview score and overall score are rounded to two decimal places.
Total score = written test score ×30% + interview score ×70%.
(6) Determination of candidates
According to the written test and interview, the candidates will be determined.
(7) Physical examination
1. The physical examination shall be conducted in the tertiary hospital designated by the company. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the applicants, and the physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the physical examination standards for civil servants in Guizhou Province.
2. Those who give up the physical examination or fail the physical examination will be disqualified from entering the next link.
(8) Employment
1. When the hired personnel report to work, they need to provide the "Certificate of Termination of Labor Contract Relationship" with the original unit.
2. The hired personnel shall report to work at the specified time. Those who refuse to report will be disqualified.
