On the morning of the same day, the observation group came to Damu Village and Xingfu Village in Xiuwen County, visited the kiwifruit base and leek base, carried out the first round of training, observed the work of the Ganyan Group and the agricultural training and research base, the "toilet control" and "water control" treatment and resource utilization project, and listened to the development of the "five governance" work in the rural areas of Guiyang City, the selection of "star civilized households" and the "garbage control" work in Xiuwen County, and the introduction of the "811 + N" model of the tourist homestay, and the "two reforms and two governance" work in Guiyang Gui'an.
The promotion meeting informed the province's "two reforms and two governance" and other key work, Xiuwen County, Jinsha County, Tianzhu County respectively around the rural governance and other content to make exchange speeches. Nine cities (prefectures) made speeches on the promotion of the construction of "four farms and beautiful villages" around the "two reforms and two governance".
The meeting pointed out that the "Ten Million Project" is a major decision personally planned, deployed and promoted by General Secretary Xi Jinping when he was working in Zhejiang, creating a successful experience and practical example of promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. All departments at all levels in the province should deeply understand the essence of the experience of the "Ten Million Project", follow the law of village development and evolution, insist on playing the ecological card, take the needs of farmers as the starting point and foothold, promote the development of rural construction according to local conditions and differentiation, and anchor the general task of creating a livable and beautiful countryside and benefiting the peasant masses.
