1. Job responsibilities

Emergency response to public health emergencies, public health professional training, public health standard formulation, revision, application and implementation management, participation in the construction of disease control standardization platform, guidance and implementation of disease prevention and control measures, participation in the monitoring and prevention and control of acute infectious diseases, population immunity monitoring, birth and death registration work, data quality control, management and analysis, and other responsibilities of public health physicians.

2. Recruitment target

Graduates with a bachelor's degree or above in preventive medicine, epidemiology and health statistics, public health and other related majors that can assume corresponding job responsibilities.

(2) Primary positions in public health inspection and testing

1. Job responsibilities

Carry out molecular biology testing such as pathogens, drug resistance, and type molecular identification of vector organisms, undertake the monitoring of hazard factors such as atmosphere, drinking water, public places and occupational diseases, undertake cellular, molecular, pathological and immunological experiments related to the dissection and dissection of experimental animals, undertake the management and maintenance of the bioinformatics analysis platform for daily or special pathogenic microorganisms, independently complete the daily testing of daily chemical products, disinfection products and other related items, and carry out various omics research and bioinformatics analysis.

2. Recruitment targets and conditions

Graduates with bachelor's degree or above in agricultural insects and pest control, pathogenic microbiology, health inspection, radiochemistry, nuclear physics, veterinary medicine, bioinformatics, analytical chemistry, cheminformatics, computer science and technology and other related majors that can assume corresponding job responsibilities.

(3) Entry-level positions in public health business management

1. Job responsibilities

Responsible for collecting, collating and archiving public health-related data and materials, using statistical methods and data analysis tools to conduct in-depth analysis of the collected public health data, identifying health trends, risk factors and potential public health problems, compiling detailed data reports based on the analysis results to provide scientific basis and recommendations for policymakers and health officials, regularly monitoring public health indicators, evaluating the implementation of health projects and policies, identifying problems in a timely manner and putting forward suggestions for improvement.

Graduates with a master's degree or above in biomedicine, public health, statistics and other related majors who can assume the corresponding job responsibilities.

(4) Entry-level positions in network and data center operations

1. Job responsibilities

Undertake the operation and management of the central network and data center, the technical support and network security of the cloud network platform construction, undertake the emergency response related to the support of various network access terminals and the safe operation of important information systems, and be responsible for or participate in the confirmation, implementation, delivery and acceptance of relevant project requirements.

Graduates with a master's degree or above in computer, information engineering and other related majors who can assume the corresponding job responsibilities.

Note: Social personnel from other provinces and cities must hold a Shanghai residence permit for more than one year (within the validity period). The calculation deadline is August 1, 2024.

(2) Qualification review

Based on the resumes received, the center will screen and qualify the applicants, and the subjects who pass the review will receive a reply interview notice, which will be sent out in the form of email. Subjects who fail to pass the qualification review will not be notified separately, and relevant application materials will not be returned.

(3) Written test and interview

Candidates who have received the interview notice will participate in the comprehensive assessment and interview organized by the center. The content of the comprehensive assessment and interview is mainly related to the basic theory, professional knowledge, skills and comprehensive quality related to the position. According to the comprehensive score of the written test and interview performance, the suitable candidates will be selected according to the ratio of 4:6 of the written test and interview scores.

(4) Physical examination

According to the comprehensive results from high to low, the list of persons to be examined is determined according to 1:1, and the center organizes the participation in the physical examination in a unified manner.

(5) Organize inspections

It mainly examines the ideological and political quality, law-abiding, moral character and integrity records of the candidates, and reviews the applicants' qualifications.

(6) Announcement of the personnel to be hired

According to the results of examinations or assessments, physical examinations and inspections, the personnel to be hired will be publicized on the official website of the "Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau" and the website of the center, and the publicity time will be 7 days. There is no objection to the publicity, and after being reviewed and approved by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, it will be reported to the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing, and the employment procedures will be carried out after the approval of the record.
