The business team of the center visited three key enterprises in the district, including Shanghai Jinmao Law Firm, Novotech Pharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Fast Retailing (Shanghai) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
The business team of the center listened to the introduction of the person in charge of the relevant enterprise on the development of the enterprise, production and operation, focused on understanding the basic status quo of the enterprise's talents, and provided professional policy consulting services for the practical difficulties and demands encountered by the enterprise in the introduction of talents and the implementation of the settlement policy, so as to guide and help the enterprise make good use of the relevant talent policy and coordinate and promote the problem solving. At the same time, on-site acceptance of talent settlement materials, so that enterprises and talents can complete the settlement application without leaving home, which greatly saves time and energy.
