Chen Xin, who grew up in a stilted beef shop run by her parents, has developed the ability to exercise in multiple positions, and although she is only in her early twenties, she is an all-rounder who can take charge of the catering industry. However, it was not feasible to transfer the experience of stilted beef business to the new Chinese teahouse, and at this time, the direction she focused on during her studies also helped her a lot. "I studied business administration in college and graduate school, learned modern business theory knowledge, and I have practical experience since I was a child, and the combination of practice and theory can better enable me to better discover the problems of our store, and how I can open a new store and how to do a good job in this store. Chen Xin said.
Chen Xin said that he hoped that everyone who came to Suji would stop at Rusu Teahouse, sit down, taste tea, and feel the slow life of Suji Ancient Town and the charm of this thousand-year-old town. "When I first built this teahouse, I didn't expect it to become an Internet celebrity check-in point, where guests can not only drink tea here, but also eat stilted beef and buy rice candy in the ancient town. Chen Xin said frankly that this teahouse is more like building a bridge, and she will manage it with her heart, bring more popularity to the tourism of the ancient town, and contribute to the development of her hometown.
