Recently, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released statistics on EB-5 cases for the first quarter of fiscal year 2024 (October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023).

According to statistics, in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024, USCIS received a total of 581 I-526E petitions and approved 194.

  • I-956H (Regional Center/JCE/NCE Personnel Registration Form): USCIS received a total of 677 petitions with 3,799 pending approvals.
