She sincerely appealed to everyone, "Jointly devote ourselves to the practice of the construction of Panzhihua cultural undertakings, and devote ourselves to the grand goal of spiritual common prosperity." When it came to the interactive session, the students scrambled to raise their hands, and Li Li patiently answered one question after another. At present, she and several classmates have established the Drama Club of the School of Literature of Panzhihua University, and are conceiving and creating a script with the theme of Panzhihua's third-line construction. After the speech, they mustered up the courage to catch up with Li Li and asked in detail about the ideas and methods of script creation. "Ms. Li's patience has allowed us to see more possibilities for creation through her broad vision, and we have also strengthened our determination to do our best to improve ourselves and pursue our dreams bravely like her. This is the first "Model Worker Craftsman Entering the Campus" publicity activity carried out by the Panzhihua Federation of Trade Unions in 2024, which opened the prelude for model workers and craftsmen to enter the campus classroom and walk to the students this year. According to the relevant person in charge of the Panzhihua Federation of Trade Unions, the setting of this activity in Panzhihua College is not only based on the consideration of teaching students according to their aptitude, but also based on the hope of integrating the "three spirits" into the whole process of labor education. As the only institution of higher learning in Panzhihua City, Panzhihua University has a long history of running a school and has many teachers and students, and the creative experience of Li Li, a model worker, has a high degree of compatibility with the relevant majors of the School of Literature of Panzhihua University, which can better answer questions and solve doubts for students who are about to face job choices, and attract everyone to approach and learn from model workers. Next, the Panzhihua Federation of Trade Unions will continue to strengthen cooperation with Panzhihua University, enrich the content of the lecture, and set up part-time tutors for model workers and craftsmen, actively prepare for the "big ideological and political courses", and further guide young students to advocate labor, respect labor and love labor. It is understood that the next step of the Panzhihua Federation of Trade Unions will be to adopt the way of linkage up and down, online and offline, and cooperate with the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau, mobilize county (district) trade unions, and organize model craftsmen to continue to go deep into primary and secondary schools, vocational colleges and universities to carry out more targeted and distinctive "model workers and craftsmen into the campus" propaganda activities, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of propaganda. At the same time, the Panzhihua Federation of Trade Unions will also make full use of media platforms such as the Home of Sichuan Workers to carry out online propaganda on the Panzhihua Channel of the "Home of Sichuan Workers" APP, and plan to carry out more than 20 activities of "Model Workers and Craftsmen on Campus" throughout the year, covering more than 20,000 people, further expanding the coverage and influence of the publicity, and giving full play to the demonstration and leading role of model workers and craftsmen.
