The road is planned as an urban branch road, with a width of 20 meters and a design speed of 30km/h. The new φ1200~ mouth 1600×1400 mm rainwater pipe, about 641 meters. A new φ400 mm sewage pipeline was built, about 627.5 meters. New DN300 mm water supply pipeline, about 587 meters. New DN200 mm and DN800 mm reclaimed water pipelines, about 573 meters. A new 12Ф150+2Ф150 mm power tube well was built, and the new power pipeline was about 651 meters long. A new DN200 mm medium-pressure gas pipeline was built, about 214 meters. The road is planned as an urban branch road, with a width of 20 meters and a design speed of 30km/h. A new Φ500~囗1600x1400mm rainwater pipe, about 567 meters. A new Ф400 mm sewage pipe, about 530 meters. A new DN300 mm water supply pipeline was built, about 572.5 meters. A new DN200 mm reclaimed water pipeline, about 561 meters. These three roads are all located in the East Erqi plot of Beiqijia Town, and they are also one of the surrounding roads supporting Sam's Club. In the Dongerqi Old Village Renovation Project (Beijing Guoxian Mansion and Beiqijiajia's Sam's Club) announced in 2023, the construction of these three roads was approved.
Sam's Club is bounded by planned CP01-1503-0004 green space in the east, planned CP01-1503-0016 green space in the south, planned East Erqi Middle Road (Jingxiu Road) in the west, and planned East Erqi Middle Street (East Erqi North Street) in the north.

Since the construction started in July last year, Sam's Club has been under construction for eight months. As an important part of Sam's strategic plan to implement cloud warehouses in Beijing, Changping stores plan to build 18,000 square meters of Sam's standard stores, and at the same time equipped with about 4,000 square meters of logistics transit center for back warehouses, which can support logistics and distribution services for at least 20 cloud warehouses, and will become the largest Sam's Club in Beijing, and Sam's Club Changping is scheduled to open by the end of 2025.
