In order to effectively do a good job in safety precautions during the "May Day" holiday in the state, promote the "100-day action" of safety production station, eliminate risks and hidden dangers in a timely manner, resolutely curb the occurrence of various production safety accidents, and ensure that the safety production during the holiday in the state continues to be stable and improving, on April 23, 2024, the 12th stationed safety production team of the Provincial Safety Committee organized a video conference on safety production work scheduling before the "May Day" holiday in Gannan Prefecture.
All the members of the 12th package of the Provincial Safety Committee attended the meeting at the main venue of the state, and the comrades in charge of production safety of the county and city governments and the main responsible comrades of the relevant member units of the state and county (city) safety committees attended the meeting at their respective venues.
The meeting listened to the development of the special rectification work of gas safety in Gannan Prefecture, and the Office of the State Safety Committee reported on the rectification of the problems assigned by the 12th stationed group of the Provincial Safety Committee and the cross-checking work of counties and cities.
The meeting informed the Provincial Safety Committee of the 12th working group of safety production stationed in Gannan for 82 days since the work carried out, in the joint efforts of the stationed team and all levels of the state, always keep an eye on the nine major industries to carry out full coverage supervision and inspection, timely assignment of problems to supervise and rectify the closed loop, and jointly ensure the safety and stability of the "Spring Festival", the national "two sessions", Qingming and other key periods. At the same time, it pointed out that there are still problems and deficiencies in the implementation of industry supervision responsibilities, slow progress of the overall situation of the work, and inadequacy of closed-loop rectification, and reported the personality problems existing in some units and enterprises.
The meeting required that, first, we should continue to supervise the rectification of hidden dangers in the closed loop, report the rectification of hidden dangers on time, and ensure that all problems and hidden dangers are rectified in a closed loop; Third, we must further promote the three-year action to tackle the root cause, conscientiously compare the specific implementation plans of the region and the department, accelerate the promotion of various tasks, and do a good job in the implementation of key tasks in 2024. Fourth, it is necessary to increase the promotion of special gas rectification work, take the special rectification of urban gas pipelines "sick operation" as the entry point, give full play to the role of special gas rectification work, make use of expert advantages, keep an eye on the stage goals and tasks, and comprehensively carry out special rectification of gas pipelines "sick operation" and other issues. Fifth, we must do a good job in the inspection of the resumption of work in the construction field, party committees and governments at all levels and relevant industry departments should strengthen analysis and judgment, focus on the investigation of risks and hidden dangers in key parts of the workplace and construction environment, do a good job in prevention and response, and strengthen the safety production education of employees before resuming work and production to ensure the safety of the construction process. Sixth, we must continue to carry out forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing work, and conscientiously implement the work requirements of Governor Ren Zhenhe at the video dispatch meeting of the province's forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing work on April 4, strictly implement the "8311" measures, give full play to the role of the "forest chief system", and tighten the responsibility of compacting the "last kilometer" at the end to avoid the recurrence of fires. Seventh, it is necessary to pay close attention to disaster prevention and mitigation work. Party committees and governments at all levels should pay close attention to all kinds of natural disasters such as flash floods, mudslides, earthquakes, torrential rains, and hailstorms, strengthen monitoring and early warning, scientifically dispatch prevention and control, make all-out efforts to rescue and rescue, increase publicity and education, implement the system of being on duty, and ensure the safety of people's lives and reduce disaster losses to the greatest extent.
