4. Recruitment method, time and place

Recruitment is conducted through a combination of written tests and interviews.

(1) Written examination

1. Written test time: 09:30-12:00, April 28, 2024 (Sunday);

2. Written test location: the large conference room on the fourth floor of the Erjie Town Service Center for the People;

3. Scope and score of the written test: The written test is conducted in a closed-book manner. The engineering management position mainly tests the candidates' comprehensive qualities such as policy theory level, ability to analyze and solve practical problems, and writing ability. This exam does not specify books, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold exam coaching and training courses. The full score of the written test is 100 points, and the passing score line is 60 points;

(2) Interview

(3) Physical examination

1. After the interview, the interview results will be announced in a timely manner, and the candidates for the physical examination and inspection will be determined from the high score to the low score according to the ratio of 1:1 between the number of recruited positions and the number of physical examination personnel;

2. The personnel to be hired need to conduct a physical examination and submit a physical examination report in Jinning District People's Hospital, and the cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the applicants.

(4) Investigation

For those who pass the physical examination, the employing unit will organize an inspection, and those who abstain from the inspection or fail to pass the inspection can be supplemented in turn, and those who pass the inspection will be included in the list of personnel to be hired.

5. Publicity and employment

(1) Determine the personnel to be hired according to the interview, physical examination and inspection, and publicize it in the recruiting unit for 5 working days.

(3) During the contract period, the hired personnel must abide by national laws and regulations and unit rules and regulations, and obey the organizational arrangements. 6. Other matters
