On April 24, the reporter learned from the Guiyang Meteorological Observatory that from tonight to tomorrow morning, there will be heavy precipitation and strong convective weather in Gui'an, Guiyang, and relevant departments and the public need to pay attention to precautions.
Judging from the forecast of precipitation falling areas, heavy precipitation is mainly concentrated in the south of the central part of Guiyang City, Guanshanhu District, Qingzhen City, Baiyun District, Wudang District, Nanming District, Yunyan District, Huaxi District, and Gui'an New District The probability of more than 50 mm of heavy rain is very large, and the local cumulative precipitation may be about 120 mm, which can reach the level of heavy rainfall, and the main precipitation period is from 8 pm to about 5 am on the 25th.
Hail, strong winds, and short-term heavy precipitation may occur in Qingzhen City, Xiuwen County, Guanshanhu District, Baiyun District, and Huaxi District.
Zhao Jie, chief forecaster and senior engineer of Guiyang Meteorological Observatory, said that since weather forecasting is a predictive discipline, there are certain errors in the actual situation and forecast, and the public needs to strengthen the safety bottom line thinking, pay attention to the latest forecast and disaster weather warning signals issued by the local meteorological observatory in a timely manner, reasonably plan production and life, and avoid losses caused by disaster weather.
Due to the concentration of precipitation and the large amount of rainfall in the process, the relevant departments must prevent the occurrence of geological disasters. At the same time, strengthen the inspection of areas prone to water accumulation, drop-down grooves and other areas, and timely drainage to ensure the safety of transportation.

From the night of April 24th to the day of the 25th, showers or thunderstorms turned cloudy, with moderate to heavy rainfall, heavy rain in the central and southern regions, heavy rain in individual towns and towns, thunderstorms accompanied by hail, strong winds, short-term heavy precipitation and other strong convective weather, and the temperature in the main urban area was 15~24 °C;
From the night of April 25th to the day of the 26th, it was cloudy, and the temperature in the main urban area was 14~26 °C;
From the night of April 26th to the day of the 27th, it was cloudy with showers or thunderstorms, with light to moderate rainfall and local heavy rain, and the temperature in the main urban area was 17~24 °C.
