In recent years, with the goal of promoting agricultural efficiency, farmers' income and rural development, our city has established the concept of large agricultural machinery based on the modernization of agricultural development, and strived to make up for the shortcomings of animal husbandry, forestry and fruit industry, fishery, facility agriculture and primary processing mechanization of agricultural products, and promoted the comprehensive development of agricultural mechanization. The comprehensive mechanization level of crop cultivation and harvesting in our city has reached 88.6%, the mechanization level of grain production has reached 95.08%, and the mechanization level of characteristic agriculture has reached 75.66%, ranking fourth in the province's counties (cities and districts) in the "agricultural mechanization level" index of rural revitalization assessment in 2023.
Adhere to the rural revitalization as the guide, integrate and promote the national modern agricultural industrial park, the national agricultural science and technology modernization pioneer county, the national agricultural product production area refrigeration and preservation county, the provincial agricultural modernization pilot area and a number of "national brand" and "provincial brand" construction, the integration of funds 45 million yuan for agricultural production mechanization demonstration base, grain production "unmanned" farm, mechanization transformation, Intelligent and green applications, etc., driving private investment of 12.9377 million yuan, adding more than 2,600 sets of characteristic agricultural machinery, and building 4 provincial agricultural production mechanization demonstration bases, 20 municipal demonstration bases, and 4 municipal agricultural machinery and agronomic integration demonstration sites. 89 agricultural machinery and equipment with intelligent navigation assistance systems, 158 agricultural plant protection drones have been transformed, and 3 "unmanned" farms for municipal grain production have been completed. The development of green applications is accelerating. The proportion of new rice side deep fertilization transplanters accounted for 27.67% of the new ride-on rice transplanters, 123 clean heat source dryers were transformed, and the total number of clean heat source dryers in the city reached 227, and the clean heat source dryers accounted for 79.65% of the total number of dryers in the whole region.
Make up for the shortcomings and strengthen the characteristics, and help the whole process of comprehensive and in-depth development. Held 4 on-site observation meetings and 5 technical trainings for rapeseed machine harvesting, blanket seedling raising, transplanting, and live broadcasting, with more than 200 observers, focusing on the whole process of mechanization of rapeseed production to improve the construction of mechanized service capacity of rapeseed production, cultivating 5 mechanized service organizations for rapeseed production, and the mechanization level of rapeseed production reached 76.7%. Went to many places in Shandong to carry out investigation and research on facility agricultural machinery, introduced ridgers, vegetable seeders, multi-functional management machines and carried out new machinery application test demonstration, mechanized operation observation, machine display and centralized delivery and other activities, a total of 510 new facility agricultural machinery, including 60 planting machinery, and the level of facility agricultural mechanization exceeded 70%.
Strengthen the application to seek practical results, and the service capacity has been significantly enhanced. The "Jurong City Agricultural Production Comprehensive Mechanization Technical Guidance Expert Group" was established to carry out agricultural machinery equipment and technology application test demonstrations, hold a number of mechanized operation demonstration demonstration and observation meetings, and invite experts from provinces, cities and universities to provide on-site guidance to form technical specifications for the whole process of mechanization in grain, rape, tea, strawberry, orchard and other industries, among which the technical regulations for the whole process of mechanization of Maoshan Evergreen tea were selected as typical cases by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2022 and released. Actively explore the socialized service model of characteristic agricultural mechanization, improve the service capacity of the whole industry chain of agricultural machinery, and cultivate 3 characteristic agricultural machinery service organizations for tea, strawberry and orchard.
A strong country must first strengthen agriculture, and a strong agriculture needs to be strong first.
