Since the beginning of this year, the pressurized operation brigade has successfully completed 10 wells under pressure workover tasks in Shenyang Oil Production Plant. The workover efficiency has been increased by 30%, which not only reflects the excellent technical strength of the brigade, but also demonstrates their rigorous and efficient work attitude.
It is worth mentioning that when receiving the workover task of the key well Shen 286-H117 pilot well, the brigade showed extraordinary adaptability and teamwork spirit. At that time, the 9th team with pressure originally stationed in the Shen Mining Plant was busy with the intense workover operation of the Shen 273 platform. In order to ensure that the key wells can be put into production quickly and solve the urgency and anxiety of the oil producer, the pressure operation brigade urgently dispatched the 6 teams with pressure from the Rongxing oil area to the scene to support, and the 6 teams with pressure responded quickly after receiving the task, closely organized and long-distance relocation to the Shen 286-H117 pilot well.
In the face of a series of construction problems such as large well depth, high pressure, large liquid output, thick and easy condensation of oil, Sun Yue, captain of the pressure operation team, and Gao Liqiang, deputy captain of the team, arrived at the scene to command, and the cadres and workers of the 6th team optimized the production operation and scientifically formulated the plan. After the sectional hot washing, they quickly grabbed the completion pump pipe and opened the night shift 9 times to ensure that the construction process was safe and efficient. In the end, this key well was quickly put into production, which bought valuable time for the crude oil production of the Shen Mining Plant.
At the same time, the workover operation of the 9th team with pressure on the Shen 273 platform has also achieved remarkable results. The average time from opening to completion of each well is only 10 days, and the fastest even completes the workover task within 7 days, setting a new record for large platform operations. These two excellent pressurized operation teams interpreted the working concept of "efficiency, professionalism and cooperation" with practical actions, and provided solid technical support for downhole operations for the crude oil stimulation of the Shen Mining Plant.
