2024 Notice on the Qualification Review of New Teachers for New Teachers in Langya District, Chuzhou City
According to the "2024 Chuzhou Primary and Secondary School New Teacher Open Recruitment Announcement", the relevant matters related to the qualification review of the open recruitment of new primary and secondary school teachers in Langya District, Chuzhou City are hereby notified as follows:
1. On-site qualification review and replacement objects
The on-site qualification review object is the person who intends to participate in the professional test, and the list is shown in the annex.

2. Time and place of on-site qualification review
Time: 8:00-11:30 a.m., April 25, 2024
Location: Room 501, Personnel Unit, Education and Sports Bureau, Langya District, Chuzhou City (No. 102, Lai'an Road, Langya District, Chuzhou City)
3. On-site qualification review materials
Candidates must provide the following materials when participating in the on-site qualification review:
(1) Qualification review form (log in to the registration website http://101.37.79.151/ download and print by yourself).
(2) The original and photocopy of the applicant's valid ID card.
(3) Academic degree certificates or supporting materials:
1. For those who have obtained academic degree certificates, the original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate shall be provided.
2. Full-time 2024 fresh graduates who have not obtained a graduation certificate must also provide the original and photocopy of their student ID, the certificate of passing the results of each subject and other materials, and sign their written commitment that the major of the graduation certificate is consistent with the major of the position applied for (attachment).
3. Those who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the grades in each subject, and graduated in 2024 but have not yet obtained the graduation certificate, they must provide the academic level, graduation time and "graduated in 2024, have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the results in each subject, and the graduation certificate is to be issued" signed my written commitment that the major of the graduation certificate is consistent with the major of the applied position (Attachment 2).
4. Those who apply for the position of targeted recruitment of "service grassroots project" personnel must also provide a certificate (appraisal form) of the service grassroots level, of which the "service grassroots project" personnel who will expire in 2024 shall provide a certificate (appraisal form) or a certificate of service assessment and other relevant supporting materials, and retired college students and soldiers must provide an enlistment notice (or a copy of the enlistment approval stub) and retirement certification materials.
5. Candidates who apply for the fee waiver of the written test must also provide the urban family subsistence guarantee or family assistance handbook or the information collection form of poverty alleviation households and poverty prevention monitoring households, the ID card of the person enjoying the subsistence allowance, and the original household registration book of the candidate and the person enjoying the subsistence allowance.
(4) Teacher qualification certificates or supporting materials.
1. If the teacher qualification certificate has been obtained, the original and copy of the teacher qualification certificate shall be provided.
2. Those who have met the requirements for teacher qualification certification and participated in the 2024 teacher qualification certification shall provide the "Certificate of Passing the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination" (http://ntce.neea.edu.cn query and print on the "Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network"), Putonghua certificate or Putonghua proficiency test score certificate, and sign a written commitment to provide the teacher qualification certificate or certificate number before admission and employment (Annex 2).
3. Normal students graduating in 2024 who meet the conditions for exemption from the examination for primary and secondary school teacher qualifications shall provide the "Teacher Professional Ability Certificate for Normal Students" or the relevant supporting materials of the training institution on the results of the "Teacher Vocational Ability Test for Normal Students".
(5) Proof of consent of the organ or public institution to apply for the examination.
The regular staff of organs and public institutions shall, in accordance with the authority of cadre personnel management, provide proof that the unit and the competent department agree to apply for the examination.
4. Precautions
(1) Those who fail to pass the qualification review or fail to attend the on-site qualification review at the designated place on time shall be disqualified from participating in the professional test. Therefore, if there is a vacancy in the candidates, it will be filled in equal amounts according to the composite score of the written test from high to low within the specified time, and the replacement shall not exceed two times (if there are multiple applicants with the same score, they will enter in parallel).
(2) According to the provisions of the Anhui Provincial Department of Finance and the Anhui Provincial Price Bureau Caizong [2013] No. 2568 document, candidates shall pay a professional test fee of 80 yuan/person after passing the qualification review. The professional test time is expected to be arranged in mid to late May (subject to the notice on the official website of the Langya District People's Government), candidates are requested to participate in the professional test according to the time and place notified on the official website.
(3) The relevant information of professional testing, physical examination, inspection and other links will be published in the "Notice and Announcement" column of the Langya People's Government website (https://www.lyq.gov.cn/), and candidates are requested to log in to the relevant websites in time to check them. If the applicant fails to participate in the qualification review, professional test, physical examination, signing of employment contract and other links as required due to the applicant's failure to take the initiative and log in to the relevant website to check the relevant information as required, he shall bear the responsibility.
