From now on, Shushan District will launch the "Huimin Vegetable Basket Project" activity during the 2024 "May Day" Labor Day and Dragon Boat Festival, and a total of 42 supermarket stores will participate in the activity

The event is divided into two phases: the first stage is the "May Day" Labor Day, from April 24 to May 5, a total of 12 days, and the second stage is the Dragon Boat Festival, from June 4 to June 10, a total of 7 days. The event lasts for a total of 19 days.

During this period, participating stores will launch 20 varieties of "Huimin cuisine" (including celery, Chinese cabbage, Chinese cabbage, cucumber, radish, eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, green peppers, beans, winter melon, edamame, leeks, pork back meat, pork belly, foreign eggs, chickens, crucian carp, and dried bai) to be sold at a limited price, and the pricing is based on the average market price, with vegetables falling by more than 15% and other categories falling by more than 5%. At the same time, each store will launch no less than 5 varieties of vegetables to supply the market at a price of less than 1 yuan per catty.
During the event, the Shushan District Development and Reform Commission will work with all towns, streets and development zones to inspect the implementation of the price of "Huimin dishes" in each designated store to ensure the effect of this activity on stabilizing prices and benefiting the people.
