The Chadong Village History and Culture Center has just been built, and it not only displays some old objects from the past, but also has a lot of introductions to the history of the village or traditional culture. "The traditional folk activity of the Mid-Autumn Festival in Chadong Village, 'Burning Fan Pagoda', has been passed down for ......more than 100 years," said Ms. Tang, a community worker and a local villager, with a proud look on her face. Some residents also said: "When I was a child, I heard the older generation say that "burning the pagoda" is a symbol of "unity and resistance to foreign countries". The social worker said: "This spirit of solidarity can also be reflected in various community affairs. ”

Subsequently, the tea party entered the group discussion and sharing session. Residents had a lively discussion about "my impression of the community", "my ideal community", and "what I would like the community to improve". The "Green Protection" group suggested strengthening community greening to improve the quality of the living environment, the "Sports" group called for more public fitness facilities to meet the daily exercise needs of residents, and the "Interaction" group hoped to organize more colorful cultural activities to enhance exchanges and interactions between neighbors. The social worker worked with the community staff to carefully sort out the residents' demands and guide each group to record their thoughts and problems on a large white piece of paper. At the same time, it advocates that residents can continue to pay attention to and participate in community governance, and jointly promote the development and progress of the community.

At the end of the tea party, the social worker also distributed a questionnaire on community governance to the residents, aiming to have a more comprehensive understanding of residents' expectations of community governance. Residents have expressed that they will carefully fill out the questionnaire and contribute to community governance. The successful holding of this tea party not only strengthened the residents' awareness of participation in community governance, but also enhanced the communication and interaction between residents. I believe that with the joint efforts of the residents, the community will usher in a better tomorrow.
