Zhang Guangzhi once served as Secretary of the Party Committee of Henan Agricultural University, Director of the Department of Agriculture of Henan, Secretary of the Anyang Municipal Party Committee, Vice Governor of Henan Province and Vice Chairman of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
