The iQOO Z9 Turbo is equipped with the third-generation Snapdragon 8s mobile platform, the Turbo graphics chip, and a 6000mAh blue ocean battery. In terms of price, the starting price of iQOO Z9 Turbo is 1999 yuan, the starting price of iQOO Z9 is 1499 yuan, and the starting price of iQOO Z9x is 1199 yuan.
In iQOO's view, battery life determines the basic experience of the mobile phone, and this time the iQOO Z9 is equipped with a 6000mAh battery. iQOO Z9 Turbo and iQOO Z9 use blue ocean battery technology, which breaks through the bottleneck of battery technology through three technologies: carbon element recombination, pole piece remodeling, and laser etching.
Of course, the large battery capacity does not mean that the feel must be sacrificed, the thickness of the iQOO Z9 is kept within 8mm, and the weight is under 200g. Among them, Blue Ocean battery technology makes the battery thinner and lighter by upgrading battery materials and processes.
The third-generation Snapdragon 8s carried by the iQOO Z9 Turbo uses the same CPU architecture as the third-generation Snapdragon 8 flagship platform, and it is understood that iQOO and Qualcomm have carried out a 289-day joint tuning to further optimize the chip performance and power consumption.
The Turbo graphics chip can further enhance the high-frame gaming experience, improving the performance of iQOO Z9 Turbo in gaming and other performances. The game super frame function supported by the independent graphics chip Turbo can break through the original frame rate limit, and the original picture mode can further optimize the color performance in addition to smoothness.
Xing Cheng, product manager of iQOO, said that heat dissipation and tuning are also the keys to excellent gaming performance. The iQOO Z9 Turbo is equipped with a 6K canopy VC liquid cooling panel and a 6043mm² vapor chamber with the largest area in iQOO's history. The self-developed frame rate perception technology deeply adjusts the performance of the platform through real-time, frame-by-frame AI intelligent prediction and scheduling, making the game screen smoother.
It is worth mentioning that iQOO Z9 Turbo has three "Z series firsts", in addition to being equipped with an independent graphics chip Turbo for the first time, it also adapts to the 120FPS+ extreme image quality of "Honor of Kings" for the first time, and has passed the KPL competition machine test and certification;
In terms of screen display, iQOO Z9 Turbo and iQOO Z9 use a 144Hz Huaxing C8 screen with a local peak brightness of 4500nit. By default, when the screen brightness is lower than 24nit, 3840Hz PWM dimming will be turned on to reduce negative effects such as eye fatigue and vision loss.
In terms of photography, the iQOO Z9 Turbo uses Sony's 50-megapixel LYT-600 main camera and supports OIS optical image stabilization technology.
In terms of AI experience, the iQOO Z9 series also uses vivo's self-developed blue heart model, and the AI "exclusive personal assistant" blue heart small V can provide AI services such as Q&A, creation, search, management, and interaction. For example, one-sentence video editing, AI note creation, and small V help are all supported.
