After logging in to the "Traffic Management 12123" APP, → through the [Business Center] [Replacement of Driving License] to enter the business process of replacing the driving license, and the user can replace the driving license of his or her own motor vehicle that has been filed.
Step 2:
After carefully reading the business instructions, click Read and agree.
Step 3:
Enter the page to confirm vehicle information, including license plate type, license plate number, and motor vehicle status.
Step 4:
Users can choose the type of business, the reason for application, and the pickup method according to their needs, and the user can choose to handle the business through postal delivery or self-pickup at outlets.
Step 5:
Select the payment method for the cost of driving license, click the [Get Verification Code] button, the system sends the SMS verification code to the mobile phone, enter the SMS verification code obtained by the mobile phone, pass the verification, and click the [Submit] button to complete the application for replacing the driving license.

- Original identification certificate of the owner of the motor vehicle;
- If it is an agent business of entrusting another person, a written power of attorney signed or sealed by the owner of the motor vehicle and the original identity certificate of the agent shall be submitted;
- A standard photo of the motor vehicle (the vehicle photo can be directly printed on the spot if it is filed in the vehicle digital database of the vehicle management office, otherwise the vehicle needs to be taken on site);
- If it is a replacement for a motor vehicle driving license, the original motor vehicle driving license shall also be submitted.
