Room selection rules
1. The object of protection shall sign in on time at the place of room selection according to the time of room selection announced in the announcement, and select the room in order of lottery number after signing in. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the house selection work, please understand the housing information in advance. The time for each room selector to select a room at the window is about 5 minutes.
2. If the insured object does not come to select the room on the day of the announcement of the room selection, he can participate in the room selection within 5 working days from the next day of the room selection time, but the room selection must wait for the day when the protection object completes the room selection before the room can be selected. If the insured person does not come to the house selection within 5 working days from the day after the deadline for house selection, it will be deemed to have refused to accept the rent allocation arrangement and voluntarily give up the rent allocation of public rental housing.
3. After signing the "Notice of Allocation of Public Rental Housing at the Same Level in Chengdu", the insured person shall be deemed to have selected the house and cannot re-select the house.
Instructions for choosing a room
1. Personnel who choose the house to be present: one member of the family application (must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct) or a trustee notarized by a notary public.
2. Materials required: When choosing a room, the insured object must bring the original identity certificate. The trustee must submit the original power of attorney notarized by a notary public and the original and a copy of his or her identity certificate.
3. Allocated area: The monthly rent of the public rental housing with an area of less than 50 square meters will be charged at 2.4 yuan per square meter of the rental area, and the part of the housing area of more than 50 square meters will be charged at the original market rent.
4. Contract signing: After the selection of the house, the main applicant and the co-applicant shall go to the entrusted management unit of the selected project to handle the signing of the lease contract and move in related matters within 5 working days agreed in the "Notice of Public Rental Housing Allocation at the Same Level in Chengdu".
Tips:
1. The target of the guarantee should check the announcement of the house selection in time to avoid missing the house selection. At the same time, the Chengdu Public Housing Service Center will cooperate with the telephone to notify the insured objects to choose a house, and the insured objects are requested to keep the telephone unblocked. If the person fails to be notified due to the unobstructed telephone of the target and fails to select the house on time, it shall be deemed to have voluntarily given up the allocation of public rental housing.
2. The housing security department of each district shall review the qualifications of the security objects within the scope of this registration, and if the conditions for security are not met after review, the qualifications for this rent allocation will be cancelled.
