As an important raw material for the production of electrolytic aluminum, the demand and production of alumina are also very hot. In an alumina production workshop in Longkou, Shandong Province, the machines are running at full capacity, with a monthly output of about 140,000 tons. At the same time, in the face of intensified competition in the industry, enterprises are constantly improving technology and seizing the market.
Xu Liangzhen, executive deputy general manager of an abra enterprise in Longkou City, Shandong Province: At present, the production and sales of the enterprise are booming. Now the amount of the product produced in the current month will be sold in the current month. In the process of production process, in the two-stage decomposition technology, the product quality, especially the strength, will be greatly improved. In this way, the energy consumption of electrolytic aluminum will be reduced in the process of utilization of the electrolytic aluminum plate in the back.
It is understood that electrolytic aluminum is mainly made into aluminum strips, aluminum foils and other products, which are widely used in construction transportation, electronic power, packaging containers, aerospace and other fields. From January to March this year, the national output of electrolytic aluminum was 10.69 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 6.8%, of which, in March, the output of electrolytic aluminum was 3.59 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 7.4%.
