As one of the first batch of chain master units, Xu Min, assistant to the chairman and chief human resources officer of Shenzhen TEDA Robot Co., Ltd., introduced that there are more than 2,000 positions that meet the requirements after preliminary screening.

"Up to now, 14 companies in Shenzhen, including BYD, Xinwangda, TEDA Robot, Shenhua Construction, and Wanle Pharmaceutical, have been selected as the first batch of Guangdong Province industry-education evaluation skills ecological chain chain main units, gathering a total of 135 ecological chain enterprises. In 2024, Shenzhen plans to carry out apprenticeship training for more than 8,000 people in computer programmers, automobile assembly and adjustment workers, battery manufacturing workers, industrial robot system operation and maintenance personnel, prefabricated building construction workers, pharmaceutical preparation workers, drug analysts and other occupations (types of work), covering multiple strategic industrial clusters such as network and communication, software and information services, intelligent robots, new energy, and biomedicine.

At present, a number of ecological chain enterprises are carrying out the independent evaluation of vocational skill levels and apprentice training in the industrial chain, compiling evaluation specifications and promoting the promotion of evaluation standards for industrial talent training, accelerating the adaptive development of national occupational standards, so that talents and industries can achieve "two-way running, two-way integration", and inject new momentum into the modernization of the industrial chain.
