Guangming Science City is located at the core node of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, and is a pilot launch area for a comprehensive national science center in the Greater Bay Area, shouldering the important mission of building a world-class science city. The Phoenix Plaza project is positioned to help the technology transfer, achievement transformation, in-depth integration of industry, university and research, regional innovation, etc., and will combine the new ideas of "science and technology + industry" development in Guangming District to build a complex integrating R&D, office incubator, testing and inspection center, and light industry, and become the productivity promotion center of Guangming Science City.
Guangming Culture and Arts Center
Guangming Culture and Art Center is located on the northeast side of Sightseeing Road in Guangming District, covering an area of 38,000 square meters, with a construction area of 130,000 square meters, integrating "culture, performing arts, exhibitions, leisure" and other functions, including five functional areas: performing arts center, art museum, library, urban planning exhibition hall and cultural complex, which is an important public supporting facilities and cultural landmark of Guangming Science City.
Hongqiao Park
Hongqiao Park is one of the most beautiful ecological business cards of Guangming District, with an overall planning structure of "one axis and three zones", including Hongqiao, entrance sports area, Bihu sports area and forest sports area. The 4-kilometre-long Hongqiao Bridge winds its way between verdant mountains and lakes and vast lakes.
