2. The thickness of the bottom reinforcement of the manhole cover is different
The thickness of the bottom reinforcement of the heavy-duty cast iron manhole cover is not less than 100mm, while the thickness of the bottom reinforcement of the light-duty cast iron manhole cover is generally about 50mm.
3. The labeling on the manhole cover panel is different
Cast iron manhole covers are divided into A15, B125, C250, D400, E600, F900 and other grades, of which A15, B125 and C250 are light, and D400, E600 and F900 are heavy-duty manhole covers.
4. The scope of application and occasions are different
Heavy-duty manhole covers are generally used in places with heavy loads, such as airports, highways, docks, second ring roads, urban expressways, etc. In such occasions, there is a common feature, that is, after passing through the high load and heavy pressure. 6) The T-shaped rubber ring is first glued firmly, and then painted, and the manhole cover (ring) is evenly painted without rust spots.
Different shapes of cast iron manhole covers have different effects on the application
1. In the municipal road management method, the circle is generally selected. An important factor is that the round manhole cover is not easy to tilt and can more strongly maintain pedestrians and vehicles. However, if a square shape is used, the straight line of the square becomes significantly stronger at each measured length, and it is easy to fall into the well along the straight line of the wellbore when winding. So there is a certain safety risk.
2. From the application experience, there is no risk of round caps, so it is very common. No matter how it is run over by a car, the round manhole cover is not easy to fall because the diameter is wider than the wellbore.
3. In the application of cable trough, square manhole cover is commonly used to prevent precipitation from entering.
