On the afternoon of April 22, the General Branch of the Fuxing Community League of Hai'an Street, Jiangsu Province and the Primary School Affiliated to Haishi University carried out the mental health reading activity of "Mental Health Accompanies Me and Flowers Bloom Fragrance Overflow the Campus".
At the beginning of the activity, Rong Yufei, a member of the grid of Fuxing Community, brought a carefully selected mental health book "The Psychology of Procrastination" to the students, which talked about the causes and harms of procrastination, its impact on people, and how to get rid of procrastination and overcome procrastination through self-control, goal setting, time management, and improving execution. "Students, do you know how to identify pirated books?" Volunteers from the Fuxing Community's "Anti-Pornography and Anti-Illegal Publications" explained to the students about "anti-pornography", "anti-illegal" and "seedling protection", and taught them tips on how to identify pirated books in the form of comics. In the hand-made green bookmark cards and hand-copied newspapers, the children gave full play to their imagination and creativity, and started their creative journey with colorful brushes on the bookmarks. After a while, various cute patterns such as small saplings, small suns, and small flowers came to life on the green bookmark. Finally, the children hung red ribbons on the green bookmark.
