First, the team decided to adopt an innovative treatment plan to embolize the main blood vessels of the aneurysm through an interventional center, so that the volume of the hemangioma was slightly reduced, creating space for surgery. At the same time, the team is actively looking for ways to solve the problem of anemia in patients, and the hemoglobin level is increased by replenishing red blood cells and using autologous blood retransfusion technology.
After adequate preoperative preparation and evaluation, the surgical team successfully removed the giant liver hemangioma using precise liver resection techniques. During the operation, the doctors first used microwaves to solidify the tumor to form a shell that is not easy to break, ensuring the smooth progress of the operation. After the operation, the patient's vital signs were stable, and the indicators gradually returned to normal.
