On April 24, Cao Kaihong, deputy mayor of the Municipal People's Government and director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, investigated the development of the "Campus Chang'an" project. Tao Anliang, deputy director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, accompanied by relevant responsible comrades of Dongsheng District, Kangbashi District, and Yijin Huoluo Banner.
During the investigation, Deputy Mayor Cao Kaihong successively went to 7 schools, including the First Primary School of Kangbashi District, the Fourth Kindergarten of Yijin Huoluoqi, and the First Primary School of Dongsheng District, to check the implementation of the "Campus Chang'an" project in various places. During the period, Vice Mayor Cao Kaihong listened to the reports on the setting of vehicle parking areas around the campus, the service of "student protection posts", traffic order control and other work, and learned in detail about the comprehensive management of traffic order around the campus, the improvement of traffic civilization quality and the transformation of traffic safety infrastructure.
Vice Mayor Cao Kaihong asked, first, to strengthen understanding and improve standing. The implementation of the "Campus Chang'an" project is a practical action of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to actively respond to the expectations of the masses. It is necessary to proceed from the overall situation of serving the people's livelihood and maintaining stability, fully understand the importance, urgency and arduousness of doing a good job in the "campus security" project, strengthen the joint logistics linkage of police departments, optimize the peak service mechanism during school and commuting hours, strengthen the allocation of police forces, innovate work ideas, and do a good job in various tasks with heart. Second, we must cooperate closely and form a joint force. It is necessary to firmly establish the overall situation awareness of "a game of chess", clarify the division of tasks, establish and improve the "home school police +" student protection model, organize school teachers, security guards, parent volunteers, and comprehensive law enforcement personnel to jointly maintain campus traffic order and public order, assist the traffic police on duty to carry out traffic guidance and persuasion work, effectively strengthen the rectification of traffic order around the campus, and make every effort to build a long-term mechanism for traffic safety management around the campus, and strive to form a good pattern of joint management. Third, we must strengthen propaganda and create an atmosphere. It is necessary to organize and carry out special publicity activities with rich content and various forms, improve the public awareness rate of the "Campus Chang'an" project, advocate civilized traffic behavior, cultivate green travel habits, improve traffic safety literacy, establish a sense of social morality, and form a good atmosphere for the whole society to jointly maintain campus traffic safety and alleviate traffic congestion.
