The Qingdao Municipal People's Procuratorate alleges: Defendant Zhang Moubin opened Qingdao Zhenyu Juying Martial Arts Sports Club and Qingdao Chongde Juying Martial Arts Club. Defendant Li Mouding was a coach of the club, and defendant Zhang Mouhao was the son of Zhang Moubin, and was helping to teach at the club at the time of the crime. The victim Zhai (male, born on August 22, 2014) signed up to study in the club on June 10, 2023. On June 18, 2023, during the teaching period of the defendant Zhang Moubin in the club, due to the irregularity of the victim Zhai's training movements, he beat the buttocks and legs with the defendants Li Mouding and Zhang Mouhao, and tied them, after Zhai was found unconscious and fainted, and was sent to the hospital for rescue, and died after rescue. At about 14 o'clock on the same day, the defendant Zhang Moubin dialed 110 to call the police, and was later taken to the police station for investigation.

After receiving the notice, defendants Li Mouding and Zhang Mouhao went to the police station for investigation. According to the forensic examination, the victim Zhai was hit with a blunt object and suffered extensive soft tissue contusions, resulting in traumatic shock and death from pulmonary fat embolism. The procuratorate requested that Zhang Moubin, Li Mouding, and Zhang Mouhao be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of intentional injury.

During the trial, the procuratorate presented relevant evidence, the defendant and his defender conducted cross-examination, the prosecution and defense fully expressed their opinions under the auspices of the court, and the defendant made a final statement and pleaded guilty and repented in court. At the end of the trial, the court announced an adjournment and announced the verdict at a later date.

More than 30 people, including deputies to the National People's Congress, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, women's federations, the Communist Youth League, relatives of the parties concerned, media reporters, and people from all walks of life, attended the trial.
