Our products can directly control the fire in the first place, minimizing casualties and property damage. In terms of product technology, the comfort layer fabric of firefighters' fire extinguishing protective clothing adopts the essential flame retardant fiber with large differences in heat shrinkage performance and combines the special change double-layer structure to form a double-sided structure with a smooth and comfortable skin-friendly surface and a regular uplift of the heat insulation surface, which greatly improves the comfort and thermal protection performance of the fabric. The project involves 3 technologies with independent intellectual property rights. The alloy formula adopts computer simulation calculation and alloy phase diagram analysis technology to accurately control the element content and matching ratio of the alloy composition to ensure the high strength, high toughness, corrosion resistance and good processing performance of the aluminum alloy material. In the melting process, advanced process control technologies such as melt electromagnetic stirring, online vacuum degassing, and bipolar filtration are adopted, which can effectively reduce the content of impurities, prevent the oxidation and burning loss of alloying elements, and improve the purity of the melt. At the same time, by controlling the process parameters such as melting temperature, holding time and pouring temperature, the uniformity of the material structure, the formation of fine grains, and good strength and hardness are realized. In the casting process, magnetic field treatment technology is used to improve the fluidity and crystalline structure of the molten metal.
At present, this technology is rarely used in the field of aluminum alloy casting, which is expected to provide a new and effective way for the aluminum alloy casting process.
