After learning of Jiang Tengjiao's behavior, Xu Shiyou felt extremely disappointed and angry, and chose to resign from all positions and return to his hometown of Dabie Mountain to express his dissatisfaction and strong protest against the current political situation. The news quickly reached the ears of the President. The chairman was extremely disappointed by Jiang Tengjiao's behavior and quickly made the decision to remove him from all official positions. In September 1971, a Trident plane carrying high-ranking officers crashed in the Mongolian steppe while fleeing, an incident that shocked the entire international community. All the crew on board, including Mr. Lin, were unfortunately killed, which is known in history as the "913 Incident". This incident became a turning point in the trajectory of Jiang Tengjiao's life, he was seriously accused of being involved in the case, was removed and censored by the party, and was expelled from the party along with Huangwu and Li Qiu, and began a decade-long hard years.
Until 1981, Jiang Tengjiao faced trial in the court, was convicted of one of the main criminals of an important criminal gang, and was sentenced to 18 years in prison.
