On April 19, what he didn't expect was that the traffic police appeared in front of him like a divine soldier, arrested him, and investigated and punished him for illegally carrying students and overcrowding on the spot, and was severely punished.
At about 13 o'clock on April 19, the civilian auxiliary police of the Huolianpo Squadron of the Traffic Police Brigade of the Li County Public Security Bureau were patrolling the section of Tanyu Street in Ganxitan Town, and conducted a law enforcement inspection of a van with a license plate number of Xiang JYF0xx. After opening the door, I saw that the carriage was full of students, and through the on-site counting, a total of 14 people were seated in the car.
After investigation and inquiry, it was learned that the driver Lei, a native of Ganxitan in Li County, usually charges students 400 yuan per semester per semester, driving the vehicle as a "school bus" to pick up and drop off students in the surrounding area, the vehicle driving license carries 9 people, 14 people, and 55% of the overcrowd, which has great potential safety hazards. Seeing this situation, the police immediately transferred the students in the car safely, severely criticized and educated the driver Lei, and detained the vehicle in accordance with the law. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Safety Management of School Buses", the police made an administrative penalty of deducting 6 points from Lei's driver's license and fining him 10,200 yuan in accordance with the law.
