The reason why the elderly are no longer worried, in addition to the community's continuous strengthening of fire safety awareness publicity, there is also the "AI Insight" launched not long ago, which monitors the "entry of electric vehicles" into the building 24 hours a day.
It is understood that in order to eliminate fire safety hazards, Hangu Town has upgraded and built a security intelligent management platform system. Through the installation of cameras, the use of AI, intelligent monitoring and other technical means, so that the community has an "AI eye", which can automatically identify electric vehicles indiscriminately, enter the house and other behaviors, and link the built-in voice to issue "This area is forbidden to drive electric vehicles, please leave immediately" and other content warnings.
With the help of this system, real-time monitoring of important traffic lanes, fire escapes and other areas is also realized. Once a vehicle stays in the set illegal parking area for more than a preset time, it will automatically trigger an alarm and send out a preset voice content to remind the owner to leave immediately; if the alarm is repeated in a short period of time, it will be included in the key focus object and notified to the community property for artificial eviction.

Not only that, residents in the community will also be captured and reminded by the system in time when they enter and exit the building. "For residents, the main thing is to enhance their awareness of fire safety and avoid damage to people and property caused by forgetting to turn off water, electricity and gas at home. Wu Wei, head of the emergency management post in Hangu Town, said that considering that the repeated high-decibel reminders may cause distress to residents, the frequency of "voice reminders" is about 5-10 minutes per time, and when people come and go.
It is understood that at present, Hangu Town has installed intelligent monitoring and carried out pilot projects in two resettlement housing communities of Yutai Jiayuan and Yu'an Jiayuan, 36 high-rise 36 unit door entrances and exits, 11 easily occupied fire passages and public areas, 5 electric vehicle charging points, and 58 sets of AI intelligent equipment have been installed in full coverage, so as to carry out effective supervision and early warning of fire hazards in the early stage.

In fact, this is just a microcosm of Hangu Town's efforts to leverage the security intelligent management platform as a small incision to fully promote the construction of the "141" grassroots intelligent governance system.
Wu Wei revealed that in the near future, they plan to connect the security intelligent management system to the integrated governance platform, party building piles, governance network, so that the "grid staff" who sink to the door of the residents' homes also receive fire safety early warning information from residents in the jurisdiction in real time, so as to deal with it in a timely manner.
"In the next step, we will also apply this system to multiple scenarios. Wu Wei told reporters, for example, monitoring the high-altitude throwing situation on the floor of the community, the fall of the lonely elderly in the public area, and the signs of fire in the residents' homes, etc., and at the same time using AI intelligent monitoring in the public area of the community to carry out anti-fraud, garbage classification and other voice publicity, truly realize the convenience and efficiency of community service management, and make grassroots governance become "intellectual".
According to statistics, since the system was launched, 141 motor vehicles have been persuaded to occupy fire escapes, 3,244 electric bicycles have been parked in homes, and more than 600,000 voice fire safety tips have been broadcast, providing safety for residents' daily life.
