The class leader is the teacher's right and left hand, so I regard the cultivation of effective class cadres as an important part of the work of the class teacher. I have trained two competent class leaders. These class cadres were able to manage the study and discipline of the class well, which lightened the burden on me. I set a goal for them to take a civilized class every week, and each of them did their part. I also often hold regular meetings with the squad leaders to understand their work and encourage them to work boldly. There are a lot of transfer students in this class this semester, there are six, plus there are 13 in total, all of them are boys, and they come from different provinces, and the differences in language communication and study habits are the most troublesome for me. They didn't even develop the basic requirements for class, and there were a few elephants and so on that were the most naughty.

  The most satisfying part of my work as a homeroom teacher this semester is the communication with parents. This semester, I took the initiative to keep in close contact with parents through telephone calls and school visits to understand the students' learning and living conditions at home, and also reported to parents about their children's school situation, and tried to reach an agreement with their parents' educational ideas. When parents give me advice on my work, I am very receptive and switch roles to consider things from the perspective of parents.
