With the rapid economic and social development and the rapid construction of Hangzhou's important new urban center, Yuhang's large regional area, large actual population, large number of enterprises, many construction sites and many road vehicles have always been the troubles in Yuhang's growth. In the face of the pressure brought by the increasingly complex governance elements to the safety and stability of the social environment, Yuhang District insists on taking the initiative to take responsibility, facing risks, identifying the "most difficult and dangerous" problems in the construction of safety every year, and tackling tough problems to promote the continuous improvement of the safety environment.
In 2023, the Safety Office of the Yuhang District Party Committee and the District Asian Games Safety and Stability Group will realize the joint signing of special work teams and the superposition of personnel strength, so as to strongly promote the implementation of various tasks of the safe escort of the Asian Games. Yuhang District adheres to the principle of moving the gate forward and governing at the source, gives full play to the advantages of the digital economy, takes digitalization and intelligence as the "first engine" to promote the construction of safety and the modernization of social governance, and builds the province's first district-level digital intelligence governance center and three-level digital intelligence governance system.
The district has developed a pilot application at the district and county level for the major application of digital rule of law in the province, "safety risk prediction, early warning, prevention and control", and 88 risk early warning models, established a global perception, classification and aggregation, multi-dimensional analysis, collaborative disposal, and closed-loop management mechanism, strengthened closed-loop risk disposal, and adhered to practical practice.
