For example, Lin Jinmei, a member of the "Beimen Youping" Party Building Studio, a "National Gold Medal Mediator", and a former judge of the County People's Court, was rehired after retirement and established the "Yongtai County Gold Medal Mediation Room", guiding and helping the community mediation committees to mediate more than 200 cases, participating in the resolution of 29 difficult and complex mediation cases, and the mediation success rate was 100%, helping Zhangcheng Town to be selected as an advanced typical unit of the provincial "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era.
