Cai Zemin, secretary of the working committee of the district organs, attended the opening ceremony and made a mobilization speech, Yang Canhui, director of the reception department of the municipal reception service center, gave guidance and teaching, and various departments and units directly under the district and the official reception personnel of each street (town) participated in the training.
