In terms of design innovation, for the first time in the special vibration reduction section, the same level of vibration reduction and re-classification design was adopted, which alleviated the problems of wheel and rail wear, rail corrugation and increased noise in the vehicle that may be caused by vibration reduction measures under the premise of meeting the requirements of the EIA.

At the same time, some sections are equipped with a floating slab track bed monitoring system, which realizes the functions of continuous monitoring, trend prediction, problem early warning, report generation and other functions of the track bed, and effectively improves the operation safety and maintenance efficiency of the floating slab track bed.

The fourth phase of the project of Line 3 starts from the existing Shuanglong Station and ends at Pingdi Liulian Station, including 7 stations, 7 sections, 1 field and 1 line, with a total length of about 9.28km on the main line, of which the elevated section is about 1.6km long, the underground section is about 7.31km long, the maximum design speed of the line is 100km/h, and 6 B-type cars are used.
