My name is Wang Yida, and I am a full-time rural party worker in Tangguantun Town, Jinghai District, and the sixth generation inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage "Tricks" project. As a member of the "Chenxing Propaganda Group" in Tangguantun Town, I pay attention to the ideological and cultural guidance of young people, and use "green words and green words" to show the spiritual outlook of young people in the new era chasing dreams and struggling on the rural stage, and I have been rated as an outstanding speaker of the 2023 "Jinghai Youth Talk" and "Two New Organizations", the 6th Jinghai District Advanced Worker in the Ideological and Moral Construction of Minors, and the 2024 National Youth Horse Project Student.
Unite the power of youth and glow with youthful brilliance
In order to thoroughly study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of Tangguantun Town, where I work, set up the "Chenxing Propaganda Group", which is composed of 43 full-time rural party workers in the town, aiming to give full play to the vitality and influence of young people, and further sing the melody of the times of loving the party, the country and socialism in the vast rural areas and communities. We went deep into the countryside to actively carry out propaganda, arranged the MV of "I am in the Strong Country Generation" to present the May Fourth Youth Day, recitation, cross talk, sketches, magic, shooting, editing, and every little partner is burning themselves. Hao Yipeng, a member of the propaganda team, we all call him Brother Hao, did not hesitate to sacrifice his image to wear a wig and put on female makeup in order to rehearse the sketches; the cameraman Oliqi held the radio pole high under the scorching sun; and the choreographer Fan Shengzhuang stayed up for many days and nights to edit videos. With the active cooperation and unity and cooperation of each partner, the "Chenxing Propaganda Group" of Tangguantun Town won the 2023 Jinghai District Culture, Science and Technology and Health "Three to the Countryside" Outstanding Team Award, and the members also won a number of "Party Workers Competition" awards. Nowadays, although some of the friends have changed their jobs, they are still shining in their respective positions, gathering is a fire, scattering is full of stars, I think this is also one of the original intentions of the town party committee to set up a propaganda group.
Pay attention to social hotspots and feel the profound connotation
In work and life, I will look for news highlights full of fireworks, and feel the reasons and social impact behind them, just like the explosion of Harbin during the Spring Festival, "Southern Little Potatoes Bravely Entering Harbin" became a hot topic at that time, I found that at the same time as the Northeast tourism exploded, there is such a place that has become a must-visit place for tourists - the 731 Unit Crime Evidence Exhibition Hall of the Japanese Invasion of China, on the Internet I saw the long queue in the cold wind, and saw the chorus of 10,000 people in the ice and snow world "Singing the Motherland", Seeing Taiwanese children say that they are not "little pineapples" but "little angelica", my heart is extremely moved, and I believe that the patriotic feelings of this generation of young people have been deeply rooted in the bone marrow. At the exit of the exhibition hall, the narrator said: "Look ahead, don't look back, there is light at the exit, there are fireworks in the world, there is national peace and security, don't forget the time and road, there is national suffering, there is national hatred and family hatred." I think this is the meaning of our grassroots theoretical preachers in the new era, so I wrote it into the propaganda manuscript and it resonated.
Bravely undertake the mission of inheritance and promote intangible cultural heritage
In July last year, when I was studying at the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Traditional Education Base, when the revolutionary descendant Wu Lianlian told us the stories of the martyrs, her sentence "I'm afraid that when I'm old, no one will be able to know these stories", I was deeply touched, and I think we also need such a sense of responsibility and mission. When General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Tianjin's Ancient Culture Street in February this year, he pointed out that "Chinese-style modernization is inseparable from the inheritance and promotion of excellent traditional culture". Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, as an inheritor of intangible cultural heritage, I always keep in mind the mission of inheritance, actively participate in the Youth League Municipal Committee, the Youth League District Committee held the "Summer Classroom", "Jincai Holiday" and other activities, organize and carry out intangible cultural heritage into the countryside, into the community, into the school, and serve as a part-time tutor of Hebei University of Technology, through on-site display, interactive teaching and other ways to let young friends feel the unique charm of the trick up close, and call on the whole people to participate in the protection and promotion of this traditional culture.
The ancient Chinese color trick is very heavy, so thick that it carries thousands of years of history, and at the same time it is very light, symbolizing the weight of the trick artist after thousands of tempers. It is not simply a transmission of surprise and joy, every prop and every line contains thousands of years of Chinese civilization and ingenuity. However, due to the difficult and long learning process, many programs are on the verge of being lost, as the inheritor of the younger generation, I have always been exploring innovative forms of expression, so that the "old craft" glows with a new style, combines the trick with the main theme of the times, and allows the majority of young people to feel the profound connotation of traditional Chinese culture at the same time, learn new ideas and comprehend new spirits.
Innovate the way of preaching, and strive to get into the brain and heart
Propaganda is not a purposeful education, but a process guidance. When I first came into contact with preaching, I simply conveyed the spirit and ignored the pertinence and interactivity of preaching, so I had in-depth exchanges with young people after each activity, looking for a suitable entry point, combining the party's innovative theory with rich and vivid social practice, and exploring the communication method of "preaching + tricks", giving the tricks a story, allowing the audience to participate, become "people in the play", and feel "things in the play".
Every preaching is the sublimation of one's own heart, Tsing Ma Project often says a sentence "light up a lamp, illuminate a large area", I think, not so much that we light up others, but the light in the eyes of the audience illuminates us.
As young people in the new era, we must adhere to the "four good deeds and good achievements", deeply understand the profound connotation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's cultural thoughts, take root downward, learn from things, keep integrity and innovation, combine intangible cultural heritage culture with party building guidance, find the right youth track, help ignite fireworks in the world, use new propaganda methods to convey the social value that the people use every day without realizing it, and fully implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's earnest entrustment to the land of Jingu.
