A few days ago, the website of the Shunde District Government released the "Pre-approval Announcement on the Construction Project of the Second Affiliated High School of East China Normal University", disclosing the detailed planning of the project.
According to the instructions, the Second Affiliated High School of East China Normal University, Midea Middle School, covers a total area of 84,367.2 square meters, with a plot ratio of 1.04% and a green space rate of 35%, planning 54 classes, covering 18 classes of junior high school and 36 classes of high school, which can accommodate a total of 2,916 teachers and students.
According to the plan, a standard 400-meter sports field, basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court and swimming pool will be built on the campus.
The student dormitory and the faculty dormitory are located on the north side of the school, with the student dormitory building being 6 floors high and the teacher dormitory building being 8 floors high.
It is worth mentioning that the concept map of the school has been exposed before, and the entire campus will adopt an integrated spatial layout, with regular teaching, quality teaching, library, administrative building, school history museum and other functions used by teachers and students in the same teaching complex.
From the map, the project is located in the north of Beijiao New Town, and many residential projects have been developed around it, such as Midea Excellence Good Time, Greentown Shunde Yangliu County, and Midea Yunyue Jiangshan.
