On April 23, the 2023 Mid-term Evaluation Promotion Meeting of the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Rule of Law Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") was held at the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Public Legal Service Center. Sun Yuhua, vice president of the China Institute of Legal Strategy of East China University of Political Science and Law, presided over the meeting.
The 2023 annual project focuses on the five themes of "cross-domain enforcement mechanism, comprehensive performance of intellectual property prosecution, discretion of ecological and environmental administrative punishment, full life cycle legal service system, and source management of cross-regional petition problems". Up to now, all research groups have completed the investigation and research, the first draft writing and other work according to the schedule requirements, and have met the requirements of "more than half of the time and more than half of the task".
In view of the progress of the project, the District People's Court, the District People's Procuratorate, the District Letters and Visits Office, the District Ecological Environment Bureau, the District Justice Bureau and other project application units put forward opinions and suggestions in combination with work practice. Through the mid-term evaluation and exchange, the research objectives are further clarified, the research ideas are clarified, and the research work in the later stage of the project is effectively promoted, laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the project.
In order to better complete the later work of the project, the center put forward opinions and suggestions to the research group from the aspects of attaching great importance to ideology, implementing in action, and reasonable and compliant fund management, and required the research group and the project application unit to work together to deepen the research of the project, effectively improve the quality of the project, highlight the practical orientation of the project, increase the transformation of the project results, and give full play to the important role of theoretical research in promoting the development of practice.
The Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Rule of Law Research Center is jointly established by the People's Government of Songjiang District and East China University of Political Science and Law vigorously carry out the research and application of legal issues related to the construction of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, and provide legal guarantee for promoting the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor in the Yangtze River Delta to become an "advanced corridor for Made in China to Created in China, a pilot corridor driven by the two-wheel drive of science and technology and institutional innovation, and a pilot corridor for the integrated development of industry and city".
