He was 93 years old

Liu Suzhen
Born in November 1931
My father died when I was 3 years old
She lives with her grandparents
When the Nanjing Massacre occurred in 1937
Liu Suzhen is only 6 years old
He was burned in the right arm by the Japanese army with boiling water
Before her death, she recalled:
"We built holes in the ground with mud
Hide inside
The sound of bombing from above rumbled
Adults and children are too scared to go out......
It's miserable, it's miserable
That life is really bitter."
In his teens
Because the family is really poor
Liu Suzhen became a child daughter-in-law
The in-laws' family lives near the Sixiang Bridge in the Confucius Temple
It is separated from the Japanese gendarmerie by three households
then
A Chinese with his hands and feet chained
Escaped from the Japanese gendarmerie
Ask Liu Suzhen's mother-in-law for help
Liu Suzhen once recalled:
"My mother-in-law picked up a kitchen knife at home and smashed it
Knock off all the handcuffs and throw them into the water
The knife was broken
I also fell into the water."
Later, Liu Suzhen's mother-in-law and a captain
Together, they helped the Chinese escape
Liu Suzhen has three daughters and one son
He said in an interview before his death
"We have suffered in the past
Don't forget about it now
Keep it in mind
Only when you know bitterness does you know sweetness"
